The Lemongrass Culture Committee drives positive change by empowering employees to make an impact in their communities through volunteering and giving. Our employee-led social responsibility programs offer time and financial support to global nonprofits.

Global:
Global Fund for Children: Lemongrass partners with Global Fund for Children and their community-based organizations around the world to peruse a shared vision of securing a safe, vibrant, and equitable future for all young children and young people.
Ronald McDonald House: Provides necessary living and meal assistance to allow families to focus on the medical care of their child. Lemongrass partners with houses in the US, UK, South Africa, Malaysia, and Australia.
World Wildlife Fund: works globally to create solutions that protect communities, wildlife, and their habitats. Lemongrass partners with WWF in EMEA and AsiaPac.
North America:
Pajama Program: Promotes healthy sleep routines by providing storybooks and pajamas to children nationwide. Lemongrass supports children facing adversity to improve bedtime and sleep habits.
Wish for Wheels: is dedicated to providing brand-new bicycles and helmets to second-grade students across the United States.
EMEA:
The Sunshine Association: is committed to supporting children with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.
Baby Box Project: provides essential baby care items to new mothers in need, particularly those in impoverished communities.
Momentum Children’s Charity: supports families with children facing cancer or other life-limiting conditions.
Treloar’s: is a leading provider of education, therapy, and care for students with complex physical and medical needs.
Nesin Vakfi: is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for children in need, focusing on education, personal development, and social inclusion.
Kitty and Puppy Haven: is committed to rescuing and rehabilitating neglected, abused, and abandoned animals.
JBay Surf Alliance: is focused on fostering community well-being and environmental stewardship through surfing.
APAC:
Food For Hungry Minds’ mission: is to bridge global divides by offering high-performance educational initiatives that empower disadvantaged children to succeed in life.
The Smith Family: is dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children through education.
WeTheChange: is committed to creating awareness and knowledge about women’s health.
Rasoi on Wheels: operates a mobile kitchen to provide fresh, nutritious meals to underprivileged communities.
